Early Exit Program

Due to economic impacts of the coronavirus pandemic on our state funding, and to fulfill our mission of ensuring student success, the Early Exit Program (EEP) is one of several strategies Cal Poly Pomona is using to close a $20M budget gap this fiscal year.  The EEP will provide state-side employees a program for voluntarily separating through a severance package and separation agreements. If you’re thinking about starting the next chapter, consider taking advantage of the Expanded Early Exit Program effective December 15, 2020.  The EEP offers a severance package inclusive of a six month base salary severance payment from $35,000 minimum to $90,000 maximum.
