As a lover of English, language, symbols, and meaning-making galore, I pursued my B.A. in English at Lawrence University, and I have earned an M.A. in Rhetoric and Composition, as well as TESL, at our very own Cal Poly Pomnoa. I have taught a wide array of students: from 4th graders to fifth year seniors at CPP; from southern Californians to Korean migrants; from speakers of Arabic to speakers of West Coast lingo. I believe in serving all students, all with the goal of empowering you to use your whole person as an asset in the classroom, at college, and in your future careers.
