Steven Chavez is a licensed landscape architect and founder of SCA-LARC (Steven Chavez Associates - Landscape Architecture) and NAMLA (National Association of Minority Landscape Architects). Steven received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Washington, a Master of Fine Art in Photography from the University of Ulster, and is currently a Doctor of Design candidate at the College of Design at North Carolina State University. Mr. Chavez worked under the tutelage of Gustafson Guthrie Nichol before starting SCA-LARC in 2009.
