  • Representing the campus at meetings with the CSU Chancellor and other state and local regulatory agencies on capital projects and university assets.

Facilities Management provides services that help create an environment that is conducive to learning. A consortium of units works together to maintain clean, safe and comfortable learning and work environments for the students, faculty, and staff.

Facilities Administrative Services is a customer-focused operation that provides support services with the goal of maintaining and improving productivity and effectiveness. Employees are empowered to thetake initiative and improve the way service is provided to the campus community.

The License of Facilities coordinator is the first point of contact for any individual or organization requesting to lease Cal Poly Pomona facilities. The coordinator will assist in finding the best-suited location on campus to meet the needs and requirements of the request. Use of campus facilities will require a license agreement and liability insurance that meet university requirements. A cost estimate will be prepared based on the information provided.
