Fall 2022 Winter Closure Information
Residential buildings will be closed beginning December 18, 2022, at 5 PM and will re-open to residents on January 20, 2023, at 10 AM. This closure will include all the residential buildings. Housing residents will not have access to the building or suite/room during this time period.
Please Note: Residents DO NOT have to take belongings home during the Winter Break (except any valuables).
Stayover Request
Residents who need housing during the Winter Break must request a Winter Break Stayover Request through the Housing Portal between November 16th to December 2nd.
Important Information:
- Based on operational needs, students that remain on campus may be required to stay in a temporary location for the full duration of the break.
- Meal plans are not active during this time, and on-campus dining options will be limited.
- Fall meal plans will end with dinner on December 18, 2022
- Spring meal plans will begin with dinner on January 20, 2023
- Approved stayovers will be charged $40/day, with a max charge of $560.00
