Fee and Payment Information

Summer 2021

Student Orientation Fee: $87.38

Due Date: September 1, 2021

The Orientation Fee is not part of your Enrollment Deposit. It is a separate fee and cannot be waived. However, the fee is due after your financial aid award is applied to your account so if you are receiving financial aid, you may wait until after your financial aid is applied to your account in August and then pay any remaining balance.

Orientation is a self-supporting program. The Orientation Fee helps cover costs associated with programs and services for incoming students, including but not limited to:

  • Online Orientation
  • Academic advising and course registration
  • Virtual engagement opportunities with Orientation Leaders
  • Virtual engagement opportunities with campus departments and student support services
  • New student materials, including your BroncoID
  • Welcome and transition programming during the beginning of the semester

Refund Policies and Procedures

Refunds are granted if the following conditions are met:

  • You have not yet completed all orientation requirements.
  • Your request for cancellation and refund was emailed to orientation@cpp.edu no later than two weeks before your Virtual Orientation Day.
Refunds are not granted automatically and you must contact Orientation via email to request a refund. You are not eligible to receive a refund after completing your Orientation experience, despite any change in your admission status or plans to attend Cal Poly Pomona.

Payment Instructions

Your Orientation Fee must be paid by September 1, 2021 to avoid any holds for non-payment. If you are receiving Financial Aid, you may wait until after your financial aid award is applied to your account and then pay any remaining balance.
