Leadership Development

CBA Leadership Badge

The College of Business Administration at Cal Poly Pomona supports all business students in the development of their leadership potential. In collaboration with the Leadership Development Officer in the Office of Student Life and Cultural Centers, the CBA has developed a digital badge that business students may earn upon completing the requirements of Bronco LEAD 1.0. This digital badge may be posted on their ePortfolios and their LinkedIn profiles.

To earn this CBA Leadership Badge, you must first create your ePortfolio.  An ePortfolio is a collection of work (evidence) in an electronic format that showcases learning over time.
