Prorated Parking Permit Refunds

Dear CPP Students,

In support of current campus activity regarding COVID-19, Parking and Transportation Services would like to remind you of the option to request prorated refunds via mail for semester and annual parking permits. Please note, parking rules and regulations still apply. If you continue to park on a campus it is recommended you keep and display your parking permit.

How to request a prorated refund

1. Mail your parking permit in a sealed envelope to

Attn: Parking Services
3801 W. Temple Ave. Bldg. 109
Pomona, CA 91768

2. Refund amounts will be calculated based on the postmark date

3. A refund will be issued to the permit holder on record

(If you return someone else’s permit you will not receive the refund)

4. The university is not responsible for items lost in the mail

Please note the next proration date is March 21, 2020. As we approach the end of the semester, the refund amount will be reduced. Please click here for a listing of the full refund proration schedule.
