Share Your View: Take the Inclusive Campus Survey Today

Dear Campus Community,

Today marks the launch of our Inclusive Campus Survey — a formal assessment of your experiences and insights that will allow us to better understand our strengths and challenges, prioritize key issues and strategize ways to improve inclusive excellence at Cal Poly Pomona. You will receive an email today from our campus partner, Viewfinder, which includes a link to the survey. I urge all members of our campus community to take the survey, which is confidential and should take 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

Fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive campus community represents a core Cal Poly Pomona value and a critical component of our success as an institution of higher learning. By sharing your experiences, you will inform and guide the policies and programs that affect your daily life and also help to identify and dismantle barriers to accessibility and inclusivity. Your response will play an essential role in enhancing your own experience as students, faculty and staff, and in building a better Cal Poly Pomona.

I want to personally assure everyone that if you “share your view, we’ll follow through.” We plan to post preliminary results online in May followed by more detailed results and initial recommendations for action in fall 2021.
