Holds FAQ

A Graduation Application Hold is placed on your account after submitting a graduation application via BroncoDirect. The Grad App Hold will prevent students from enrolling in future courses due to the fact that they will complete all requirements at the end of the semester. Note: The Registrar's Office will remove the Grad App Hold for undergrad students who will be continuing in a graduate program closer to their registration window.

Each year you are emailed with a requirement to complete training for sexual misconduct. A Title IX hold is placed when you do not complete the annual training by the deadline shown in the email. The Title IX hold will prevent you from registering for classes. The hold will be removed 24-48 hours after completing the training. For more information regarding the Title IX hold or removing it ASAP, please email officeofequity@cpp.edu and include your Bronco ID.
