Records FAQ

A Degree Progress Report, or DPR, is a tool in your BroncoDirect that helps identify which requirements have been satisfied in your curriculum. It is similar to a digital format of your curriculum sheet. The DPR allows you to see which requirements are being covered by a certain class. In order to access your DPR, you'll need to log in to BroncoDirect. From BroncoDirect, go to your Student Center. The top left-hand corner of your Student Center should say 'Academics'. There will be a drop-down tab that says, 'Other Academics'. Once clicking the drop-down tab, click on Degree Progress Report. If you need help understanding your DPR, you can meet with an academic advisor from your college. If you think there are some discrepancies within your DPR, you can contact tga@cpp.edu.

If you're looking into changing your major/minor or adding a double major, you should connect with the department of your desired major. Some departments have different requirements for you to change majors. Others require a Change of Major Meeting. Once you're ready to apply to change your major, you will need to submit a Change of Major form. This is an e-form located on the Registrar's Office page. Once you are on the Registrar's Office page, go to Records and Registration, then click on 'Forms'. Under Forms click on 'View Forms'. The Change of Major form can be found under 'Registration/Records Form'. For more information, contact the Registrar's Office or refer to the Student Success Central guide on how to change your major. Note: For instructions on how to change your major, please refer to our guide.
