University Housing Services has announced that planned capacity for fall is 75 percent. Housing assignments are planned to begin in June and will continue through summer. Applicants will be notified via email and their Housing Portal of their assignment or waitlist details, next steps, updates and more information.  

The University Village has a planned capacity of 86 percent for fall. Housing assignments are planned to begin in June and will continue through summer. Applicants will be notified via email and can view their housing assignment within their Village portal.

Yes. Due to the potential risk of COVID-19 transmission in a close, communal living setting, University Housing Services, in partnership with local, state, and federal agencies will REQUIRE its residents to be fully vaccinated prior to their scheduled move-in date. 

  • Exemptions will be available based on medical conditions or a religious belief. Instructions on how to submit an exemption will be sent to your CPP email at a later date. 
  • Residents with housing assignments will be asked to provide vaccination verification. Instructions on how to provide verification will be sent to your CPP email at a later date. 
  • COVID-19 testing is still a consideration and is being evaluated. There is a strong possibility that non-vaccinated residents will be required to have daily or weekly testing.  

Study spaces will be available, and will operate in accordance with health guidelines. In-person programming is also being planned with smaller capacity. Resident parking and laundry rooms will be fully available, along with an in-house counselor and student leaders.

Yes, students may request to cancel their Housing License Agreement by submitting the online form on your Housing Portal account at least 45 days prior to the beginning of the occupancy period for a full refund.

Residents will be expected to adhere to current health guidelines and will sign an acknowledgment called the Broncos Care Pledge that outlines expectations for COVID-19 related health protocols.
