Dear Campus Community,
Parking and Transportation Services would like to welcome you back and provide the following important updates and reminders:
General Information
- It is important for all students, faculty and staff to follow Safer Return Guidelines
- A valid parking permit is required to park on campus in accordance with parking rules and regulations
- Daily parking permits are available at any parking permit dispenser for $8.00 a day, valid in student spaces only
- Effective June 21, the Parking office and Information Booth will be open Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm
- The Bronco Express Shuttle will operate with limited service in the Fall and scale with demand

Information for Employees
- Employees have three options for purchasing parking permits:
- Buy a daily/hourly parking permit from a permit dispenser
- Buy a semester parking permit online via the CPP portal
- Enroll in Payroll Deduction for parking permits
- Employee Payroll Deduction is commonly the most cost effective and convenient method to pay for a parking permit
Payroll Deduction Information
- Employees who were once on payroll deduction have the option to use the Online Payroll Deduction Reinstatement Form.
- New hire employees or those not previously enrolled in payroll deduction will need to apply at the University Cashier's Office and provide:
- A valid photo ID
- A copy of your offer of employment
- Enrollees must be a state-side employee with a minimum of 6 consecutive months of employment (temporary, hourly employees are not eligible)
- Beginning June 21, Cashier's in-person operating hours will be Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
