Dear Students,
 
As we prepare to welcome you back to campus in August, we will be implementing a few safety measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep our campus healthy.

Beginning July 7, all students and employees can voluntarily upload their vaccine record. If a student previously uploaded their record, they do not need to re-submit.

Students who choose to be vaccinated may voluntarily upload an image of their CDC COVID-19 card to their MyHealthPortal, which is also used for other immunizations. For instructions on how to log in to the health portal, watch this video and visit the Immunizations Requirements webpage.
 
We strongly encourage everyone to 'Join the Herd' and get vaccinated for COVID-19 as a means of protecting your own health and that of our communities. The CSU intends to require vaccination for all students and employees for fall 2021 or upon full FDA approval of the vaccine, whichever occurs later. Learn more about the vaccine requirement and securing an appointment.
