Cal Poly Pomona is open. Some campus offices and services have modified hours and operations. This page will be updated as more information is available. (Updated 6/22/2020)

  • Green Circle Student Health and Wellness Center
    The Student Health Center will continue to provide care and is working on additional telehealth services. The Center will remain open during regular business hours, and all appointments must be made over the phone. In an effort to keep everyone safe, Health Center staff will screen students by phone prior to scheduling an in-person appointment. Please call (909) 869-4000 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.


    The Bronco Wellness Center is providing virtual one-on-one educational sessions on various health topics, along with virtual wellness workshops. These are available on the Wellness Center website.
  • Green Circle Counseling & Psychological Services


    CAPS is available for all student inquiries about services, including brief individual therapy and crisis management, during regular business hours between 8am and 5pm. Although we are unable to provide in-person appointments due to observing social distancing guidelines, we are providing all of our services via phone and zoom formats. Students may reach us by leaving a detailed voicemail at (909) 869-3220, by email at, or by private message to our Instagram or Twitter accounts (@cppcaps). We ask that students leave their name, Bronco ID, an updated phone number, and a good time to reach them. For confidentiality reasons, please be aware that all phone communication from CAPS will come from a number showing No Caller ID. For assistance with a crisis outside of business hours, please call CAPS at (909) 869-3220 and press option 2 when prompted to speak with a live crisis counselor. If you are experiencing an emergency, please dial 911 or call University Police at (909) 869-3220. To protect student privacy, clinical services are not provided through email or text.     Campus partners, faculty and staff:

    We are happy to support our campus partners in helping students learn more about our services and to offer consultation on issues related to mental health during business hours between 8am and 5pm. You may call or email us requesting a non-emergency consultation with a CAPS clinician. If you are concerned for the immediate well-being of a student who may be an imminent risk of death to self or others, please contact University Police at (909) 869-3220 or dial 911.

  • Green Circle Dining Services

    Centerpointe Dining Commons, Innovation Brew Works and Vista Market are the only dining locations open on campus. Innovation Brew Works is open for dine-in and to-go orders, and Centerpointe is accepting to-go and delivery orders only via Campus Grubhub. See below for modified hours and visit for further updates.

  • Green Circle Bronco Advising Center

    The Bronco Advising Center continues to offer advising services through online and remote methods. 

    For general advising questions, email We are committed to responding to your email within 48 hours of receiving it.   

    For major-specific and faculty advising-related questions, please visit the Academic & Student Services Support website on how you can get in touch with a college advising center or faculty advisor. 

    For enrollment verification requests, please visit the Degree & Enrollment Verifications website and select the Enrollment Verification option. This option is free for current students and only takes a few minutes. 

  • Green Circle Financial Aid & Scholarships

    We understand that financial aid funding remains critically important at this time, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation as we all work together to proactively take steps to protect our community. We continue to be available through online methods during our regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

  • Green Circle Ombuds Office

    Requests for appointments and/or other services can be made by email, and appointments will be conducted by phone or Zoom. For the convenience of those who may need assistance after 5 p.m., appointments can be made between 5 and 7 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays. To ensure that everyone can be accommodated, appointments can also be made after 7 p.m. Mondays through Fridays upon request.

  • Green Circle Parking Services

    Parking & Transportation Services will remain open Mon – Fri, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A representative is available during business hours at 909-869-3061. We can also be reached via email at

    In office hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon, and over the phone at 909-869-2010.

  • Green Circle Farm Store at Kellogg Ranch
    The Farm Store is committed to our customers health and well-being during the current crisis. We are complying with Centers for Disease Control and health department guidelines by wiping down surfaces and handles in the store on a regular basis. In addition, store employees are using hand sanitizer and gloves as a precaution. We will continue to operate our normal business hours, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Visit website for more information.

    The Registrar’s Office staff has transitioned to virtual services and is working remotely.  We will be conducting normal business from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and will do our best to respond to phone calls, voicemails, emails, and requests as quickly as possible.

  • Green Circle Career Center

    The Career Center is providing drop-in resume and cover letter advising via Zoom from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday. Email to schedule. Please attach your resume and/or cover letter in the email. Other appointments are still available, and students can book through Handshake.

    The Career Center has also moved their workshops to be virtually available through Zoom. Students can register on Handshake and will receive information about these workshops via email and on the center's Instagram page (@cpp_careercenter).

    The Career Center is open 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday.

  • Green Circle Disability Resource Center

    All staff are working remotely and the use of email is encouraged: DRC staff will be closely monitoring email to respond as quickly as possible. You can also reach the DRC at 909-869-3333, Monday - Friday from 8 to 5 p.m.

  • Yellow-Triangle Housing Services

    Following the Governor's Executive Order directing that all individuals living in California stay at home, University Housing Services and the University Village have worked to reduce the density of the population on campus. Because of this, residents are strongly encouraged to return home, if possible. UHS will continue to serve those students who need to remain on campus, although most services and operations have been modified or closed, including the following:

    • UHS residents can no longer bring outside guests into their rooms/suites. Only visitors assisting residents with moving their belonings will be allowed.
    • Laundry facilities are operating in only Encinitas, Montecito, Sol, Sicomoro, and Secoya.
    • ALL UHS common areas including lounges and study rooms are closed.
    • Any policy violations during this critical time may result in eviction upon first offense.
    • The La Cienega Housing Office and Fitness Express are closed.
    • The main UHS office will operate Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to noon
    • Mail/packages will operate through Secoya, Monday to Friday, noon to 5 p.m.

  • Yellow-Triangle Basic Needs Services

    Emergency Housing Services: Short-term emergency housing is still being provided. Email or call 909-869-2763.

    CalFresh Support: Support is still being provided and the program continues to work with the CalFresh team. Email or schedule an online appointment here.

    Poly Pantry: The Poly Pantry is closed through the end of fall 2020.   • Red X University Library

    The University Library building and the 24-hour computer lab are closed. Due date for all checked out library materials is extended to August 31, 2020.

    The campus has a limited number of loaner laptops available to students. Students who have significant technological challenges should or call the Health Alert hotline at 909-869-2500, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  

    Many of the library's resources and services are available online. This includes article databases, ebooks, and 24/7 online reference chat service. Subject librarians are also available via email, phone, and scheduled online consultations.
