Biophysicists use the tools of physics to explore questions of a biological nature. After a very brief physicist's introduction to biology, I will show how I used a variaty of tools from physics to help answer to following questions: How do proteins interact with each other on a cell membrane? Why are virus genomes the size and shape they are? How do viral shells put themselves together?
