Welcome to Strategic Enterprise Risk Management (SERM)

SERM is an organizational unit within the Division of Administrative Affairs and includes the departments of Risk Management and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S).  Sharon Reiter is the Associate Vice President for Strategic Enterprise Risk Management. 

SERM is currently working on the development of a strategic vision, framework and implementation plan for enterprise risk management, including, assessing the university's health and safety programs, hazardous material compliance, financial, operational, and reputational risks in collaboration with departments across campus.  SERM is charged with developing a more strategic, holistic approach to campus enterprise risk management and environmental health & safety programs.
