  • EOP Learning Center - Innovative tutorial services is offered to all EOP students through the EOP learning center, which combines traditional 1-to-1 tutoring and academic coaching. Students are offered the opportunity to partner with a Learning Strategists (Peer Tutors) to learn the skills needed to be successful in Math, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Writing & Presentations, Humanities, Social Science, and Business. 
  • EOP Grant - EOP offers a grant each year to eligible students who qualify for financial aid, have a Expected Family Contribution (EFC) between 0 - $1,500 and are enrolled full-time. The average award is $600 per year. Priority is given to incoming first year and transfer students and then awarded to eligible continuing students thereafter. 

  • EOP Summer Bridge & Transfer Bridge Incoming EOP first year and transfer students are invited to participate in a once in a lifetime opportunity to our EOP summer transition programs. These summer transition programs are designed to ease the transition from high school (Summer Bridge) or community college setting (Transfer Bridge) by providing a wide range of educational, personal, social, cultural enrichment opportunities. As EOP students get admitted to CPP, they will receive an invitation to participate in this amazing FREE summer opportunity to get a head start on their CPP journey!

  • EOP Peer Mentoring Center Dedicated, caring and experienced EOP students serve as EOP Peer Mentors. Peer Mentors offer EOP students peer support and guidance and assist with navigating BroncoDirect, the CPP Connect Planner, the Cal Poly Pomona website and prepare students for advising sessions, developing effective study habits, and making referrals to campus resources.   • EOP Community Events - Students are encourage to take advantage and get involved within the various success seminars and community building events EOP has to offer. These events provide students the opportunity to connect, learn, and growth with their EOP community. Please see the Calendar of Events for more event topic details and to RSVP.

  • EOP Lounge – A quiet space within Student Support & Equity Programs (building 94) is dedicated for all EOP students to study between classes. This is for individual, quiet study only. 

  • Student Employment Opportunities - EOP offers varies student leadership opportunities to current EOP students. Positions are offered during the academic year for employment in the summer and the following academic year. Positions are shared via email, instragram, and posted on Handshake.

  • EOP Student Union - As part of the EOP family, students are encouraged to get involved with the EOP Student Union (ESU), which is a student lead, student organization that aims to make a positive difference in the lives of students by offering a sense of community, networking opportunities, and support for EOP students.
