Director of Disability Resource Center Hired

We are excited to announce that Ana Quiroz has been appointed the Director of the Disability Resource Center (DRC) at Cal Poly Pomona. In this role, she will provide visionary leadership, direction, and support to the DRC. Her start date is June 6th, 2022.

Ana joins Cal Poly Pomona with 16 years of experience in education, beginning her journey in child development at Claremont Unified. From there, she transitioned to higher education, and most recently, served as the Associate Director of the Disability Support Services office at Cal State Fullerton. Ana is a proud first-generation student who is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities in higher education by removing barriers to have equal access to education and reach their academic and career goals.

She holds an M.A. in Applied Psychology and recently completed her first year as a doctoral candidate in the Education Leadership Ed.D program at Cal Poly Pomona.
