La'Keisha Beard Named Interim Director, Residence Life

University Housing Services has announced that La'Keisha Beard will be transitioning into the Interim Director for Residence Life position effective November 1.

La’Keisha will relocate to Housing on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 (Building 74, main Housing office). She began her Student Affairs career in Residence Life at Cal Poly Pomona as a Residence Life Coordinator and went on to UC Irvine to serve as an Apartment Life Coordinator. As is commonly said in Housing, “welcome home!"

The search for the permanent Director of Residence Life will start up again in March/April 2023.
