Step 2: Applying for VA Educational Benefits

It is important that you review the terms of your VA educational benefits. Once you've reviewed these terms, your next step will be to apply for your VA educational benefits through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs website and complete the electronic VA Form 22-1990: Application for VA Educational Benefits. This form is also available online as a Fill-in and printable PDF. If you choose the printable application, the application must be sent to:
