Several learning assistance programs in both Academic and Student Affairs, have formed a council to collaborate in the areas of tutor training, technology and assessment, to promote and advance the campus’ academic support services to address the various learning needs of our diverse student body, thereby enhancing the value of their education/learning.

Tutoring and Learning Services
Cal Poly Pomona's mission is to advance learning and knowledge by linking theory and practice in all disciplines, and to prepare students for lifelong learning, leadership and careers in a changing multicultural world. To that end, the University and the Learning Support Council are committed in providing academic support services to address the various learning needs of our diverse student body.
The Learning Resource Center (LRC)
The LRC's mission is to promote student success through: Tutoring, Workshops, Test Preparation, and Study Skills development.
The LRC's programs are Bronco Tutoring, Reading, Advising, & Mentoring Program (RAMP), and University Writing Center (UWC).
The Disability Resource Center (DRC)
The DRC is committed to ensuring equality in educational opportunity and meaningful access for all students by providing services and resources intended to facilitate equal access for students with documented disabilities.
Student Support and Equity Programs (SSEP)
SSEP is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of non-traditional and undeclared students through a broad range of high quality programs and services that promote access and equity, transition, and educational opportunities in support of student learning and success.
