Helping Pets Everyday, Walking the Runway

As part of the Cal Poly experience and learn by doing, the University is committed to engaging students in the community.  This is done by applying their classwork to real situations in not-for-profit organizations.  AMM student clubs also assist with community events and activities.

Neonatal Donations - Pomona Valley Hospital

Helping Out Pets Everyday (HOPE) Dog Fashion Show

AMM students assisted the Helping Out Pets Everyday with a dog fashion show.  Students were involved in the design and construction of the 4-legged models outfits.  View our Flickr album, the event program, and video clips of the show.

Latina Fashionista Conference

Some AMM students assisted at the Latina Fashionista Fall Conference.  Latina Fashionista is an organization that encourages Latina girls and other minorities to attend college.
