Wellbeing Coaching

Wellbeing coaching is a collaborative process that can help to facilitate a student’s personal, academic and professional growth by focusing on life skills. Wellbeing coaching is not counseling. Some students may find that their needs are best served in wellbeing coaching, rather than counseling.

Topics addressed in wellbeing coaching include:

  • Healthy choices and behaviors
  • Balancing personal and professional life
  • Stress management
  • Time management
  • Relationships and communication
  • Study skills
  • Motivation
