Global Student Challenge
Congratulations to the TOM Department students who earned 4th place in the Global Student Challenge (GSC) Finals in The Netherlands among 27 teams from all over the world!
Students Huy Tran, Alanis Leiva, Anelka Manukian, Eric Nurwono and faculty advisor, Dr. He, traveled to the GSC competition at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in The Netherlands April 30 - May 4, 2018. This annual competition brings together undergraduate and graduate students from top business schools and universities around the world to compete against each other in the #1 supply chain management competition.

The Global Student Challenge is much more than an International competition! Students and participants get a chance to gain valuable knowledge and develop skills that can be applied to real world scenarios. Through The Fresh Connections students get a chance to run their own virtual company and apply their knowledge to specific areas within an operational setting. There are top corporates in search for top talent at this event, you can get recruited for your dream job or internship! This virtual competition happens every year, the Challenge lets teams from business schools all around the world in search for the top talent in Supply Chain Management! Let’s not forget the prizes many of the teams get, the first-place team taking €10,000 in cash!
