Dr. Deirdre Carlock is a certified Senior HR Professional (SPHR and SHRM-SCP) with over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development.  She has served in key roles as a strategic advisor, team leader, and facilitator in highly visible positions partnering closely with CEOs and executive staff in the planning and implementation of comprehensive strategies to meet organizational performance goals. She is an expert on HR Strategy, organizational analysis, performance management, and organizational culture development. 

Dr. Carlock currently serves as an adjunct professor at Cal Poly Pomona and as an HR and Organizational Strategy Consultant with Working with Intelligence, LLC, an organization dedicated to helping organizations achieve high performance through the respectful engagement of human capital.
