The EML Department is committed to helping students meet their University requirements during the transition to the semester curriculum. Click through the questions below to learn more information about what to do next.

If you did not pass your ENG 100 course, you should enroll in ENG 1100.

Please contact the Composition Coordinator, Dr. Kristin Prins. Use the Subject line "Question about Composition placement," and in the body of the email, include your BroncoID number, when you took ENG 106, the name of your instructor, and what grade you received in the course.

If you did not pass your ENG 107 course, you should enroll in ENG 1101.

If you did not pass your ENG 108 course, you should enroll in ENG 1100.

If you did not pass your ENG 109 course, you should enroll in ENG 1101.

If you did not pass your ENG 110 course, you should enroll in ENG 1103.

Note that if you were recommended to take a multilingual/ESL section numbered in the 30s, those sections still exist in the semester curriculum, but they are now designated with an "M" (ENG 1100M, ENG 1101M, and ENG 1103M).
