Pi Sigma Alpha (Iota Phi Chapter)

Pi Sigma Alpha is the national political science honor society. Membership is open to students in all majors who meet eligibilty standards. A call for applications will go out during spring semester.

2022-2023 Applications

The annual call for Pi Sigma Alpha will be released in March/April 2023. 

Eligibility

Juniors and seniors are eligible to join. You must have completed 60 semester units of college credit by the end of spring semester and at least 4 courses in Political Science, of which at least one must be upper division.

You must have a minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 and a minimum GPA of 3.3 in the Political Science major. Please check your BroncoDirect Degree Progress Report (DPR) to ensure you meet this requirement.

Recognition

Our Pi Sigma Alpha students are recognized at the annual Political Science Banquet.
