Parking Permits Not Required

Parking for guests with disabilities is located in Lots C and F8.  Please display your Disabled Parking Placard.

Directions

Limousine parking must be arranged in advance.  A parking officer will provide parking instructions.  Please notify parking@cpp.edu by May 1, 2019 to request limousine parking.

Due to Caltrans construction, the westbound on-ramp to I-10 at Kellogg Drive may be closed during the commencement ceremonies. This closure is expected to particularly impact traffic congestion leaving campus. Please plan ahead and allow for extra time for any plans after the ceremonies. Up-to-date information on the closure, including alternate travel routes, can be found at the university’s Compass website.

Admission Tickets Not Required

Admission tickets are not required.  First come first serve for guest seating.  Please advise your guests to arrive at least one hour prior to the ceremony.  Allow additional time for larger ceremonies (Business, CLASS, Engineering, and Science).  It is recommended to allow sufficient time to park and travel to the Quad.  Be advised the walk to the Quad is slightly uphill, and may take an additional 15 minutes to walk from all parking lots to reach venue.  Comfortable walking shoes recommended.

International Guests

Students may write a letter to family members inviting guests to ceremony, to inlcude their transcript, and any other document as proof of their participation at spring commencement.
