The Enrollment Management & Services department at Cal Poly Pomona consists of the Office of Admissions, Financial Aid & Scholarships, the Registrar’s Office, and Pre-College TRIO Programs. We are committed to student success by providing services, resources and tools to the campus community.

Have a question? We are open for on-campus services Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We also offer a variety of online resources. Be sure to visit our contact page for options. Office of Admissions

The Office of Admissions strives for excellence through a student-centered philosophy. The department has adopted a set of values promoting inclusion, access, academic excellence, and community engagement that are incorporated throughout the admissions process. The Office of Admissions is responsible for the admission activities and transfer credit for all domestic and non-resident undergraduate and graduate students.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

The Cal Poly Pomona Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships provides students with the financial resources and related services necessary to achieve their educational goals. We are committed to providing accurate, user-friendly, responsive, and respectful service to students and their families.  We administer federal, state, and university aid and scholarship programs in accordance with applicable policies and regulations while striving to be an innovative and service-minded department. We also provide outreach and access services in collaboration with other university departments and the community.

Registrar's Office

The Registrar’s Office serves students and the campus community by providing quality service that facilitate enrollment, retention and degree completion, while maintaining accurate academic records for the University. The Registrar’s Office is also responsible for processing transfer credit and maintaining articulation agreements with other institutions. Additionally, the office registers new and continuing students for classes, maintains academic records, prepares transcripts and diplomas, and reviews petitions for exception to University policy.

Student Systems and Operations

The Office of Student Systems and Operations (SSO) was formed to provide ongoing coordination and continuity between Enrollment Management & Services and the University’s central enterprise systems support teams. SSO supports EM&S administrative offices, academic departments, faculty, staff, and students in their use of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and related student systems. SSO objectives are to maximize the benefits of PeopleSoft; interact with the university’s Division of Information Technology and other central systems support organizations; advise and alert other administrative areas on potential impacts; coordinate system usage and changes; manage system upgrades; and create, support, and maintain EM&S ancillary systems.

Pre-College TRIO Programs

The Pre-College TRIO Programs at Cal Poly Pomona are designed to generate the skills and motivation necessary for success in education beyond high school among low‐income and potential first‐generation college students who are enrolled in surrounding Cal Poly Pomona local area high schools. The programs assist students in successful completion of high school and entry into postsecondary education by accomplishing program goals and objectives.
