Dr. Eileen V. Wallis received her BA in History from CSU Northridge; her MA is History with a Public History emphasis from Sacramento State University; and her PhD in History from the University of Utah.

Her research interests include California and the American West; the Progressive Era; public history; U.S. women's history; and agricultural and environmental history.
