Dear Graduate Students,

Welcome to CPP! The Graduate Studies Team is looking forward to your arrival in Spring 2024 and meeting you soon. To help facilitate your transition to our campus environment, here are some resources and next steps for you to follow.  Feel free to contact us with questions or concerns! 

Schedule of Registration Windows

You'll be receiving an email from the Registrar's Office before your registration window with specific instructions on how to register for classes. The Registrar's Office has assigned your registration window beginning Nov 6th, 2023 and ending Dec 15th, 2023. Visit the Registrar's Office for more registration information. 

*Note: If you did not register for any classes during the initial registration period, or missed your registration appointment, you may register during the add/drop period for the Spring 2024 semester beginning Jan 8th, 2024 through Feb 2nd, 2024 on BroncoDirect.


Connecting with your Graduate Coordinator

You may contact your graduate coordinator if you need guidance on which classes you need to enroll in for the Fall semester and if you have any questions about your master’s program requirements. You can find your department contact information by visiting your department homepage here.

Self Service Tools

The Cal Poly Pomona Online Services page features one location to access several popular applications via MyCPP. All currently enrolled students have immediate access to all single sign-on applications, such as BroncoDirect, Blackboard, University Library and Lynda.com. To log on, go to my.cpp.edu or find the MyCPP link at the bottom of the Cal Poly Pomona home page here.

Bronco Access Card

Your Bronco Access Card is your CPP Photo ID. It allows you to access CPP events and services.You will be able to request your Bronco Card in the Student Services Bldg on the first floor. There is a $5.00 fee for your bronco access card. 

Registration

New graduate students can register for classes using BroncoDirect, Cal Poly Pomona's online registration system here. Log in using your BroncoName and password. Once you are logged in, use the menu to locate the services you are seeking. 

Check Your CPP Email Regularly

Cal Poly Pomona will notify you of important dates, deadlines, and processes through your CPP email. Be sure to check it regularly! To login, use your complete CPP email address along with your Bronco Password (the same password used to login to BroncoDirect).

GRADUATE STUDENT WELCOME ORIENTATION FOR FALL 2023

To help newly admitted graduate students get off to a good start, the CPP Graduate Studies Office invites students to our The Fall raduate Student Welcome Orientation to learn about guidelines, resources, and opportunities available to them. Please save the date: Saturday, August 19, 2023, 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. Details to register for hybrid orientation will be sent to admitted students.
