How to start:
Wear a pedometer for 3 consecutive days to calculate an average or purchase a FitBit®
Track the total number of daily steps on our form
At the end of the 4th week, bring your completed form to the SHCS Wellness Center
Ways to accumulate your steps: (download a campus map with mileage routes)
- Join the Monday Mile program
- Walk to class instead of taking the shuttle
- Park further away
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator
- Join the Bronco Fitness Center and participate in their exercise programs
