Integrated Care Network

The primary goal of the Integrated Care Network is to provide a web of services that address students’ needs early on to prevent them from falling through the cracks. This is done through prevention education, integrated support services, early intervention, and crisis management when necessary. We take a Wraparound approach to Care in order to ensure that our students have what they need to succeed.
