Please review the Terms and Conditions of the Student Housing License Agreement, which outlines the conditions for release that will be considered by University Housing Services. The agreement states that only those students who are graduating, withdrawing from Cal Poly Pomona, or getting married will be released from their contract. All other reasons may be considered and will require a meeting and review with a Housing representative.
To review the Terms and Conditions of the Student Housing License Agreement, please visit the License Agreement page.
To cancel this agreement prior to the end of the occupancy period, students must submit a request, in writing, to the Housing Office with a minimum of thirty (30) days notice. A form is provided on the StudentWeb, during the period in which cancellations will be reviewed (generally mid-quarter).
