Application Procedure and Timeline

Prospective residents are encouraged to submit their Student Housing License Agreement (contract), as soon as it becomes available online. All contract submissions are date and time stamped. Submission of an application does not guarantee a student a Housing assignment. Assignments for housing will be given with priority to those that apply early.

The demand for housing has been increasing and there is a possibility that demand will exceed spaces available. It is recommended that students submit contracts even if they are unsure of their attendance or intended residency. Cancellations are accepted up to thirty days prior to the beginning of the quarter in which they are contracted. A waiting list will be maintained throughout the year. For further information, please contact the Housing Office at (909) 869-3307 or by e-mail
