The Office of Emergency Management supports our students, faculty, and staff to ensure that as a university we work together to build, sustain, and improve our capability to prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate all hazards that may impact our campus.

Employee/Labor Relations

Employee/Labor Relations administers and ensures compliance with all staff collective bargaining agreements, provides advice and guidance on grievances, complaints, contractual matters, and disciplinary issues.  Employee/Labor Relations represents and responds on behalf of Cal Poly Pomona in administrative hearings; provides training for and supports management-labor relations.  The Employee/Labor Relations unit monitors and coordinates union release time and responds to related requests for information.

The HR Operations Customer Service Center (CSC) provides a one-stop HR, Payroll & Benefits information resource, with representatives to assist you on a wide range of services including benefits, new hire processing, key disbursement, job openings and how to apply, direct deposit, name changes, W-4 tax withholding changes, beneficiary designations, and much more.
