Workplace Posting Notices

Government regulations require employers to post mandatory labor law notices in locations accessible to both current employees and potential applicants for employment. These notices cover a variety of topics such as state and federal minimum wage; family medical leave; equal opportunity employment; and harassment and discrimination in the workplace.  In addition to physical postings at various locations on campus, this webpage has been developed to provide all Cal Poly Pomona employees and applicants with ready access to these workplace postings to inform you of your rights.

      This poster to be displayed while performing government contract work subject to the Service Contract Act or Public Contracts Act.
      Note:  This poster prints across several 8.5" x 11" pages, which need to be joined to form the poster. 
    • OSHA Notices - Contact Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S), extension 4697, for guidance regarding notices to be posted in areas that use radioactive materials or radiation producing machines, biohazardous materials or carcinogens.
