Kaycie Beltran is the owner and creator of Kinetik Performance fitness studio in Upland, CA. Growing up I’ve always had a passion for playing sports and being active. Through my own injuries and physical therapy experiences, I found a true inspiration in what the human body is capable of doing. Through this passion I decided after graduating from Cal Poly Pomona with a Kinesiology degree, I would go into the field of personal fitness training. I gained a few years of experience in a big chain gym and had an unexpected opportunity to take the big leap of running my own business and facility. It has been one of the best chances I have ever taken on myself and has been endlessly rewarding to be able to do the thing I love and share my passion of health and fitness with others. In my small and private facility I am able to create the fitness program and workouts for individuals and groups as well as motivating, inspiring and helping them believe in themselves and appreciate their ability to be active.
