F-1 Mandatory Workshop

Spring 2021

The International Students & Scholars Office (ISSO) sincerely hope you, your family and friends are doing well.

The ISSO has prepared the F-1 Mandatory Workshop for new students as part of the international check-in process. This interactive resource contains a lot of important, informative, and interesting information specifically for Cal Poly Pomona international students (for example, important immigration information, and how to update your U.S. address, phone number and emergency contact in the MyCPP system).

Please check your CPP email for further instructions.

  • The deadline to complete the F-1 Mandatory Workshop is January 18, 2021.

If a student chooses to stay outside of the United States to take courses online for the spring term, this step is not necessary until you are able to enter the United States on your F-1 visa.

Please email international@cpp.edu should you have any questions.
