Location: Pamplona, Spain 

A 4-week study abroad course that explores the foods systems in Pamplona, Spain with an emphasis on cultural immersion and Spanish language, food processing and sensory evaluation of foods.

Host family, shared room + half board (breakfast and dinner) from Monday to Friday and full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) on weekends.

Program Cost

The program cost $3,540 includes the following:

  • Lodging
  • Meals (2/day Monday to Friday, 3/day Weekends)
  • Site Visits/Excursion Fees
  • 10€ Bus pass
  • Access to the Public University of Navarra pilot plants
  • Student Health Insurance

Once accepted, study abroad program charges and payment deadlines will be posted on the student's Bronco Direct account. Students pay $200 application fee and regular Cal Poly Pomona tuition for the Summer term course. The application fee will be deducted from the remaining program cost.
