PIE CHART/BAR CHART
Pie Charts:
From the menu bar, click on “Graphs,” "Legacy Dialogs," “Pie" or "Bar," "Summaries for groups of cases," and "Define. ”
Click on "% of cases."
For Pie Charts: in the left window, select the variable you wish to analyze, and drag and drop it into the window on the right, next to "Define Slices by:".
For Bar Charts: in the left window, select the variable you wish to analyze, and drag and drop it into the window on the right, next to "Category Axis :".
Click on the “Titles” tab and enter the title(s) you wish for your chart.
Click on "Continue" and "OK."
Double click on the chart to open the chart editor.
Click on "Elements" and "Show Data Labels."If you want to convert the chart from color to black and white, click on "Fill and Border" in the "Properties" box; double click, then click again, on one of the pie slices or bars; change the "Fill" to white, select a "Pattern," and click on "Apply"; click on another slice and repeat the process; click on "Close."
