University Library Online Services

Below are the following services you can login to use online from the University Library.

My Library Account

All currently enrolled students, faculty and staff are automatically registered with the Library. Using “My Library Account” you can access a number of online services including accessing e-resources from off-campus, renewing materials, putting holds on materials, paying fines, ordering books from other libraries, etc. More information on the functions of “My Library Account” are below:

  • The PIN/Password you create allows remote access to library resources (Databases, Ebooks, Ejournals, LINK+).
  • With My Library Account you can pay your fines online, see what you have checked out and when they are due, see what LINK+ books are waiting for you and notify us of a change in your email address.
  • Once you have logged onto My Library Account, you can create My Library Catalog, which allows for a personalized view of the Catalog. You may save up to 15 searches and automatically receive an e-mail when new Library acquisitions match your preferred searches.

Group Study Room Reservation System

Group Study Rooms are intended for group collaboration. Group Study Rooms may be reserved and used by current CPP students, faculty, and staff only.

Document Delivery

Document Delivery is a fully automated system for ordering books, periodical articles, conference proceedings, theses, reports and some older microforms and dissertations NOT available in the Cal Poly Pomona Library. These items can be requested from another CSU, UC, college, business, public library or commercial supplier. Periodical articles are usually supplied in photocopy or electronic format. This service is available to all currently enrolled Cal Poly Pomona students, staff and faculty who are registered with the University Library. This service is NOT AVAILABLE to alumni, special borrowers, friends, relatives and spouses of Cal Poly Pomona students, staff or faculty or students from other colleges. Document Delivery requests will not be processed for patrons with a delinquent status with the Library or whose ID has expired.

After a one time registration, your information will be stored for future requests. At anytime, by logging onto Document Delivery, you can send requests for books, articles, conference papers, thesis or dissertations; check on the status of your requests; ask for renewals; and communicate with Document Delivery. There is no charge to you for any items obtained through this system.

Please always check the Library Catalog and LINK+ before requesting anything from Document Delivery.
