The Pride Center currently has five affiliated student clubs and one staff/faculty group:

Queer Student and Allies For Equality (Q-SAFE)

We are Queer Students and Allies for Equality (Q-SAFE), a club at Cal Poly Pomona under the Multicultural Council (MCC) that provides a safe space and a community for social interaction, volunteer opportunities, networking and education for LGBT students and Allies. The club meets periodically throughout the quarter.  Contact the club organizers for next meeting time and location.

Queer People of Color (QPOC)

QPOC is a club at Cal Poly Pomona that focuses on the issues and triumphs of LGBTIQA (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer, ally) identified people of color.

Queers for Social Justice (QSJ)

QSJ is an activist based group that addresses social and political issues in the world which involve the LGBTIQA community. It will empower and educate its members to become the change within their communities here on campus but as well as the broader community beyond Cal Poly Pomona. It will stress that all Social Justice Issues in the world are intertwined and influence one another.

La Familia (LaFa)

La Familia (LaFa) is a Queer Latin@ organization dedicated to help recognize and reinforce the contemporary issues of religious oppression, heterosexism and ignorance in the Latino/a communities. Our goals are to fight for self and group respect in order to ensure; cultural preservation, community activism, community service, self-empowerment, unabashed unrestrained self-expression, to fight the stigmas of mental health within both communities and provide individuals with a family or support group.

oSTEM is an organization for queer students and allies with the STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, math).  They strive to educate, empower, and engage in a diverse community to identify, address, and advocate for the needs of LGBTQA students in the STEM fields.  They fulfill these needs through mentorship connections, networking opportunities, strategic collaborations, and professional leadership development.  For more information, contact Veon Lee,
