To apply for this scholarship, students must meet the following requirements:
- Submit proof of abstract acceptance (excluding RSCA, CARS, and SCCUR). In order to be eligible for the scholarship, the applicant MUST be a named author that appears on the official abstract acceptance.
- The faculty mentor completes an evaluation form supporting the student's involvement and contributions to the project.
- To be eligible to receive a scholarship through Financial Aid the student must be enrolled at least part-time during the current funding period.
Both undergraduate and graduate students can apply for a scholarship. Students can apply for the scholarship multiple times but only one Conference Presentation Scholarship can be awarded to a student during the current funding period (e.g. August 19, 2019, through July 31, 2020).
