UPD Brings Awareness to Cancer With "No Shaver" Campaign

In continuing with bringing attention to cancer awarness and prevention, Cal Poly Pomona's Police Department will be participating in the City of Hope's "No Shaver" fundraising and cancer awareness campaign. As October is the month to bring awareness to breast cancer, November is designated as the time of the year where awarness is brought to prostate cancer. With prostate cancer affecting 1 in 9 men in their lifetime, it is the second common cancer affecting men today.
