Cal Poly Pomona's Testing Services offers proctoring services for other universities or facilities that may require testing, but the tester is not in the area of their university or facility. These tests include, but are not limited to, testing for outside-agency certification, testing for correspondence and other distance-learning programs and testing for off-campus, external degrees. Proctored examinations may be scheduled at Testing Services. Candidates and/or Students must obtain instructor or university approval and then request an appointment through the button below. All appointments are subject to availability.
- Faculty or University Staff must contact Testing Services in order to arrange the receipt of test materials.
- The proctoring services fee for non-Cal Poly Pomona Students is $25.00 per hour (rounded up to the nearest hour) plus any applicable postage. The Testing Services accepts only checks or money orders.
Appointments will be denied if Testing Services has not received the test materials from the corresponding university or facility.
ATTENTION: Please be informed that starting on January 1, 2017, the test fee will increase to $25 per hour. Appointments made after this date will be required to pay for the first hour when booking appointments. Each additional hour used will be charged $25 (up to a maximum of $75). Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled more the 24 hours in advance or your $25 test fee will be forfeited.
Cal Poly Pomona's Testing Services is a member of the Consortium of College Testing Centers, a group of college and university testing centers throughout the United States that supports distance learning, and abides by professional standards and guidelines.
