Initial application filing periods
Cal Poly Pomona accepts admission applications for two semesters each year:

|Graduate||For specific fall and spring filing periods, visit Cal State Apply, select your entry level, enrollment term, and click submit.|
All students are strongly encouraged to apply during the initial filing period. Applications from freshmen and undergraduate transfers are not accepted after the end of the initial filing period. Credential and graduate applications may be offered after the end of the filing period, depending on the academic program.
Veterans & Military Service Members: If your military service prevents you from meeting these deadlines, contact the Veterans Resource Center at 909.869.6994 or at email@example.com. The Veterans Resource Center is located in Bldg. 121 (Student Services Building), West, 1st floor, Office 1940.

You will be notified by email once our Office of Admissions & Enrollment Planning receives your application. Email is the official communication to students, and you must check your email on a regular basis for additional instructions about your application. It will be important for you to provide the documents requested and meet all deadlines to successfully complete the application process.
