Lesley Butler is a member of the instruction team for The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch. The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch is a student-operated, full-service restaurant and is a premier laboratory experience for students earning their Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management. The course is designed to integrate the actual operation of a public restaurant with principles and theory of the hospitality industry.
Lesley has been a faculty member with The Collins College of Hospitality Management (CCHM) since the fall of 1992. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly Pomona (1989) and a Masters of Arts in Education, with an emphasis in Career and Technical Education (CTE) from Cal State San Bernardino (2007). Lesley is a Certified Hospitality Educator.
Before joining the CCHM, Lesley worked with FORBCO Management for five years, a company owning Sizzler Restaurant franchises. In addition, she worked with Roma Corporation, owners of Tony Roma restaurants. While working in management with Roma Corporation, Lesley helped to train managers and employees for new store openings, managed the kitchen, the bar, and the service staff.
