Join us in a Mindfulness Meditation session hosted by Staff Council Member, Marcela Moreno. Marcela has 11 years’ experience practicing mindfulness meditation. In this half hour session, you will learn about mindfulness and practice mindfulness meditation. No supplies or materials are needed to practice mindfulness. You can do it from your office or in your home, wherever you feel most comfortable and have access to. See you there!
